Everything you need to register your athlete for this summers football camp at Western Oregon University is below.
WHO: Camp is available to 9th-12th graders. (limited spots available, sign up and pay quickly to reserve you space).
WHEN: June 21st-23rd
COST: $210 per player
REGISTRATION INSTRUCTIONS:
1). Check to make sure you have a cleared physical and insurance on the website below:

Login: student ID number
Password: Last name (case sensitive)
2). Fill out the registration sheet, link provided in this email, or pick up a hard copy in ASB office. Registration gets turned into the ASB office, along with payment.
3). Pay registration fee of $210 at the ASB office.
$190 for Camp Registration Cost
$20 for Bus Fee / Transport
All players must have a cleared physical, insurance, registration form, and fee paid by June 6th. No late registration will be permitted, as the school nurse and the school board must clear each player attending camp. at 360-721-4130.
